Wireless Microphones:
We always place a lapel wireless microphone on the groom. That wireless microphone will either be one of the following:

Lighting:
We always have on-camera lighting available for both the Lead and the Backup videographer. We never use any lighting at the ceremony because our video cameras can operate effectively in low light environments. The on-camera lighting is utilized at the reception, however, we take great care not to over utilize such lighting. We don't blind the guests, or white-out the scenes we capture, because we use the minimum lighting required to enable us to capture quality, high resolution, video footage.
Dress:
We dress appropriately for the occasion. All male videographers will arrive dressed in a tuxedo. All female videographers will arrive dressed in appropriate formal attire.
